Shipping & Returns

60 DAY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY:

uglyBROS-USA products are covered by warranty for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase (original sales receipt required) against any defects in materials and workmanship.

Any damages after the initial 60 day period are subject to review and repair by our factory, for free of charge (Shipping charges may apply), for the life of the product for the original owner (original sales receipt required).

 

SHIPPING: DOMESTIC (U.S. residential address)

All Domestic orders are shipping with FEDEX ground, unless otherwise specified and notified prior to process the order

Lost or Damaged packages:

FEDEX will cover Lost or damaged packages only when DELIVERY SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is requested on the package. Signature confirmation will be added to your package as standard for free of charge. Lost or Damaged packages without signature delivery confirmation request will not be covered by uglyBROS USA or FEDEX

 

SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL (Residential address outside of U.S Continent, Including US APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and 16 U.S. Territories)

All International orders are shipping with USPS International Priority, unless otherwise specified and notified prior to process the order

International Import Taxes and Duties:
The shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated

3rd party freight forwarding companies:
We DO NOT deliver to 3rd party shipping agencies or the companies and to their addresses
Orders placed with 3rd party shipping companies address would be subject to review and Canceled without notice

Lost or Damaged packages:

USPS will cover Lost or damaged packages only when INSURANCE is requested on the package. Insurance can be added as an option to your package for  free of charge. Please leave us a memo on the ‘Order Note’ section of your order form ‘INSURANCE required’. Lost or Damaged packages without Insurance will not be covered by uglyBROS USA or USPS

 

EXCHANGE:

Items which have been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for Exchange

If your item is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging, you can exchange your item(s) for a different size and different models of your choice, within 15 business days of delivery (Original Items must be received within 15 business days after the return authorization)

Less 10% restocking fee may apply if item(s) shows any sign of usage, damages, mistreatment (IE: Odor, Hair, Pet Fur, dirt, oil etc.) and missing any original tags

Please contact our Customer Support team at sales@uglybrosusa.com, and provide a brief description of why you are returning your item(s). Our customer support team will issue you with a returns authorization number (RA#) by email. Item(s) received without RA numbers would cause exchange process to be delayed.

Please print a copy of the email containing the RA#, and include it in the shipping box.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your item back to us. We recommend shipping with a courier who provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment. All shipments must be prepaid; any packages shipped COD will be rejected.

We will notify you by email once your return has been inspected and exchange has been processed, including details of any refund or extra payment due.

RETURNS:

Items which have been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund

Return any new and unused item(s) to uglyBROS USA within 15 business days of delivery date and receive a full refund to your original payment method for the item price paid. Shipping fees or and any cost associated with international shipping such as duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. (Items must be received within 15 business days after the return authorization)

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, all returned items must be packed in their original garment bag, they must include all original tags, and should be shipped in a sturdy shipping box;
DO NOT use the original garment bag as the shipper package. Items received which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
