Not much wrong with these jeans. The fit is something like a Levis 512, but just a touch slimmer. The denim is 12oz so not very thick or heavy. I usually wear a 32×34 and bought the 32. the fit in the waist and legs is perfect. Exactly what I would expect. However I wish they came longer. I would guess the length to be about 32/33 for the 32 waist. So they are slightly too short for me while riding.
My only real complaint is that they seem to alter the white balance in the pictures. The jeans are actually much darker, almost black. I’m sure they will lighten up. But another thing to watch out for is the base color. Most jeans use blue and white thread, so they fade to a lighter blue and have a light blue cuff. These seem to use Kevlar for the under weave. so they have a yellow/green hue. Deathkillers look to have a more traditional color too them, but I think they fit too slim.
Overall great jeans, just keep in mind the weird color.

Good looking, well made. I wear a 35 waist 501, so I got the 34. Waist is spot on. A little snug in the hips, but expect them to loosen up with wearing. Rise is good. Inseam is long, but not as extreme as I would have thought (I am a 30 normally, so will need to get hemmed). Overall, very pleased.

Word to the wise, if you have muscular thighs these aren’t the jeans for you. Will be very snug up top, so much that you can barely throw your leg over your bike, but then very loose at the bottom creating a flare leg appearance.

I am sure that someone with less meat in the quad area can rock these without a problem. This is the same issue I have with raw denim. It doesn’t stretch, so I am left with either buying them too big or buying my size and being incredibly uncomfortable.

If they come out with the same style, but tapered legs towards the bottom, I am sold.

    What the other guys said.
    1. They fit very well. I am a 34 in all my other jeans, and the 34 Echo-K was just right.
    2. True about being skinny through the thighs, but not a problem for me.
    3. True about the color. Mine are a nice, very dark blue, but the Kevlar makes the underside somewhat greenish, not the classic blue-and-white ticking that you see in these photos. Big deal.
    4. Note that they don’t come with armor, which is why they cost substantially less than other UglyBros gear. But they are certainly comparable to Kevlar jeans from Dainese etc, but they don’t make you look like some guy off the boat from Eastern Europe. (nothing personal, just a comment about ugly Euro jeans).
