Returns & Exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges are available on sale items, except FINAL-SALE items and CLOSE OUT Items. FINAL-SALE and CLOSE OUT items are not subject for refunds but will receive store credit.
As with any other order, we kindly ask our customers to be responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. A prepaid return label is available upon request for a $13~15 flat fee (only for U.S. Lower 48 States, based on your address). Please see return instructions included in the package or contact our Sales Team at sales@uglybrosusa.com for more details.
Any additional exchanges after the 1st Exchange will incur shipping costs, which will be billed electronically.
In the case of a Return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, accordingly.
