Items purchased during the Mid-Year Clearance Sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid UPS return label is available upon request for a flat fee of $13–$15 (U.S. Lower 48 only; rate depends on your address). Please refer to the return instructions included in your package, or contact us at sales@uglybrosusa.com for assistance.
If a second exchange is requested after the initial one, additional shipping fees will apply and be invoiced electronically.
In case of a return for store credit, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
