SHIPPING: DOMESTIC (US) 

(within 48 contiguous state)

All Domestic (U.S.) deliveries are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout

Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address in the order.

Orders placed usually ship within 72 hours.

Please contact us for any Expedited Shipping options.

Please leave us a memo in the "Order Note" section at the time of checkout if 'Delivery Confirmation Signature' is necessary. Please note an additional $5 will be billed separately for this service.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages without a 'Delivery Confirmation Signature' will not get covered with shipping Insurance.

To make any changes to your shipping address, please notify us ASAP. We are unable to make any changes once the order has been shipped. 

Item/s returned back to us due to Rejection or Incorrect addressis subject to be charged with additional return shipping fees. (Usually it's higher than the original shipping cost depends on Carrier's policy)

 

SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL 

International orders are shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS (depending on the options chosen at checkout).

All shipping rates are calculated real-time. Please choose the best option for your location, delivery time, and cost.

International Import Taxes and Duties:

The shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is shipping to.

These duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

3rd party freight forwarding companies:
Orders placed with a 3rd party shipping company address will be subject to review and may be cancelled if fraudulent activity is found. uglyBROS USA is and will not be liable for any missing, damaged, or stolen products sent to 3rd party shipping companies.  uglyBROS USA will only be responsible for the delivery up until the order is delivered to the ship to address. uglyBROS USA  is not liable for delivery to the customer if the order is placed with a 3rd party shipping address.

PO Boxes:
We do not deliver to unattended PO Boxes. Please provide a secure location to receive the package for the order's shipping address.

 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

(Only valid during Free Shipping promotion)

Orders with Free Shipping will be sent via USPS, FedEX, DHL, or UPS (under the discretion of the logistics team), and will be shipped under the Standard Delivery option, respective to its carrier service, regardless of which option is chosen at the checkout.

 

International Flat Rate Shipping:

Customers will be charged the full and original amount of the shipping fees for Return and/or Exchange requests for orders fulfilled using International Flat Rate Shipping.

Any costs associated with domestic/international shipping such as duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

When refunding an order(s) with promotional shipping, or exchanged items, the amount for original/additional shipping cost associated will be deducted from the total refund amount accordingly.

uglyBROS USA's Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policies for non-promotional orders, apply to orders fulfilled via International Flat Rate Shipping as well.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges are available for Free Shipping orders.

As with any other regular orders, we kindly ask our customers to be responsible for the cost of shipping the jeans back to us. In order to minimize any sizing issues, please contact our Sales Team at sales@uglybrosusa.com to confirm the right fit for your order.

We recommend shipping with a courier (UPS recommended for U.S. domestic) that provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment. All shipments must be prepaid; any packages shipped COD will be rejected.

Any additional exchanges after the 1st Exchange will begin to incur shipping costs, which will be billed electronically. Please contact our Sales Team to go through a measuring process to find the best fit for you.

In case of a Return, the amount for original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, accordingly. Please note that this applies to promotional free shipping orders where we will deduct a difference as if the original shipping costs were included.
